Please enjoy this easy, relaxing stretch known has the Supine Hamstring stretch. This movement can be executed in a few different ways. You can also perform it with help of a partner, a stretch out strap, resistance band, or simply a towel. Here I am using a towel because it is most convenient for me.
Lay down and reach for a towel that is a slight longer than a hand towel. Pull your knees up and warm up or stretch the lower back by rolling back and forth for a short moment. Then proceed to lift one leg and place that one foot into the towel as you hang on to the sides. Remember to breath and relax. Let go and clear your mind.
