Take some time, only 12 minutes, to improve and stimulate your digestion system. Experience this 12 minute yoga session from Yoga by Candace, and you will find your self feeling refreshed and notice the difference the next day. I did this yoga video below yesterday, after days of feeling awful and not quite myself, and the next day I experienced no issues and felt much better.
Yoga Poses: Pose of the week:
Lie on your abs, with your hands placed near/under your shoulders. Keep your elbows nearby your body. Press tops of your feet, thighs, pubis area into the floor, then push your shoulders, sternum, chest up and forward. Breathe.
